What makes this villa special

In the heart of the villa is the cozy living room, equipped with a comfortable seating area and a flat-screen TV with international channels and Netflix; ideal for relaxing evenings with friends or family. The open-plan kitchen perfectly connects to the living room and is fully equipped with a cooking island, an American double-door refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, a wine cooler, dishwasher, induction cooktop, Quooker tap, combi-oven, and Nespresso machine. Prepare the most delicious meals here and enjoy relaxing in the outdoor spaces!🍳

Bedroom layout

The villa has a total of four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, toilet, walk-in shower, sink, and air conditioning for optimal comfort. Two bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds (180 x 220 cm), while the third bedroom can be converted into two single beds (90 x 220 cm). The fourth bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 220 cm) is accessible via a staircase from the porch.

Fitness and relaxation

The 50 m² gym is air-conditioned and equipped with dumbbells up to 24 kg, an adjustable bench press, a Technogym 4-station, an Olympic barbell with 150 kg weights, a Schwinn cross trainer, and a body bike spinning bike – a true paradise for gym enthusiasts!

Outdoor living

Outside awaits an idyllic porch with a lounge sofa and log table for atmospheric dinners, plus an XL Fat Bastard BBQ for barbecue lovers, and a skin/eye-friendly salt magnesium pool on the private pool deck. The elevated position above the surrounding terrain guarantees optimal privacy, with a gentle breeze blowing through the palm trees.

Details

The rental includes: reception by the manager, super-fast wifi, TV with national and international channels, bed and bath linen, water consumption, 50 kWh of electricity per day, and maintenance of the pool and garden. Additional costs apply for excess electricity consumption (€ 0,55), final cleaning (€ 195), and optional interim cleaning (€ 75).
